"Sunrise Over Luberon” is an immersive, abstract vision, inspired by the vibrant colours of spring and the bouncing light and energetic sounds of wildlife across the Luberon’s perched stone villages.
I spent springs in the Luberon, soaking up the sounds of cicadas and its golden sunsets. I continue to draw inspiration from the essence of this region and portray this here in abstract, dynamic brush marks and flourishes that soar across the linen canvas.
